At the heart of Good People is a transparent and ethical approach to craftsmanship. Our workshop in
Madagascar is more than a place of creation; it’s a space where women artisans shape timeless designs
that celebrate tradition and artistry. We are proud to employ 59 women full-time across two locations,
offering the flexibility to work from home or within our workshop.

Our artisans are at the core of everything we do. Unlike conventional practices, we pay them directly for
every bag they produce, ensuring fair compensation and empowering them to thrive.
